Mission & principles

Through its work the Schumpeter School Foundation wants to support the Schumpeter School of Business and Economics at the Bergische Universität Wuppertal and strengthen its appeal and attractiveness. In doing so, the foundation focuses its activities on promoting the Bergische Universität Wuppertal as well as the city of Wuppertal and the regional environment. Accordingly, a close cooperation between the Faculty and the regional economy is particularly important. The foundation also works as an intermediary between chairs and students of the Schumpeter School and regional enterprises or institutions.
